The problem

Viewers notice when lips and voice don't match.

Even a small offset feels wrong, and they can't always say why.

A small offset is easy to fix once you can measure it.

How it works

1. Send your full file(s) by WeTransfer (up to 3GB) or SwissTransfer (up to 50GB). Use SwissTransfer for anything large. Enter fred@syncrepair.com as the recipient and your own email as the sender. In the message, include the video length, the platform it's for and a short note on the problem. No account needed.
2. I review the whole file and reply within 24 hours of receiving it, unless the status message at the top of this page says otherwise. If I can fix it, you get a yes with a fixed price and delivery time. If I can't, I tell you why, and you pay nothing.
3. If it's a yes, you pay the price I quoted through Stripe. Payment is only requested after a yes.
4. Work starts when payment arrives. Repairs up to 30 minutes are delivered within 24 hours of payment. For jobs over 30 minutes, I deliver on the date I confirmed in my yes reply. If I'm at my limit, the status message at the top of this page tells you, and your job goes into the next open slot.

Prices include VAT.

Under 5 minutes	€10
5 to under 10 minutes	€20
10 to under 20 minutes	€30
Every further 10 minutes after 20 (or part of one)	+€10

Examples: 30 minutes is €40. 60 minutes is €70. 120 minutes is €130.

Every price is confirmed in my reply to your file. The price I quote is the price you pay. For jobs over 30 minutes, the price and delivery date are confirmed in my reply. Complex repairs and mixing are quoted in my reply before you pay.

What's included

• One corrected file in the format you send, with audio and picture locked together.
• A final check of the repaired file before delivery.
• The delivery time stated in my yes reply.

What's not included

• Mixing or re-mixing audio. This is quoted separately, in my reply to your file.

Refund policy

I take payment only after I've reviewed your full file(s) and said yes. Once I've delivered the repaired file, it isn't refundable.

How do I start?

How fast is it?

I reply within 24 hours of receiving your file, unless the status message at the top of this page says otherwise. Once you've paid, repairs up to 30 minutes are delivered within 24 hours, as long as I have capacity. Over 30 minutes, I deliver on the date in my yes reply. If I'm at my limit, the status message at the top of the page says so.

When do I pay?

After I say yes. I only say yes when I've reviewed your full file(s) and I'm sure I can fix it. You pay the price in my reply through Stripe, and I start work once payment arrives. If I say no, you owe nothing.

What counts as a complex job?

A standard job has one consistent offset from start to finish. If the sync drifts or changes during the file, or if audio is missing or damaged, the job is complex. If it's too complex to deliver within the standard turnaround, I'll decline it and tell you why before you pay.

Can you mix or re-mix my audio?

I can quote mixing on request. Send me your full file(s) with your question, and I reply with a quote.
